It’s a thick and hearty chowder for those of us in the grip of winter. For the health conscious, it’s dairy, meat and gluten free, but still packs a wallop of flavor. Add a little cayenne pepper to ratchet it up a notch, if you so desire. You’ll be glad you tried it. Yum!!!
