1000 Likes for the Introvert

1000LikesI reached 1,000 Likes sometime last week.  It’s a huge blogging success for me.  I want to thank all of you who supported me this last month.

Yesterday’s blog, “I’m Having An Introvert Day”,  started out as an apology for not blogging and turned into something much, much more.  350 views.  Wow!  I’m thrilled with all the comments and the Likes.

I’m reading two books right now, Susan Cain’s “Quiet” and Marti Laney’s “The Introvert Advantage: Making the Most of Your Inner Strengths”.  Both are excellent books.  I’ll report back on what I’m finding out about all of us.  It’s quite an education finally finding out what makes us tick.  I’m going to do some more blogging on being an introvert, so I hope you’ll stay tuned.

  1. I need to look into those books.

Ironic an introvert post gets so much attention right? Seriously though, you hit on how a lot of us feel. Looking forward to more posts on this!

  2. Aww hey that is SO brilliant! Well done you! As an introvert myself, I think I would shriek in horror at so many people looking at me, haha! But that’s a great achievement. I only found out about this *label* a few years ago, and now I can say proudly that I am ISFJ!

  3. Until I read your post I don’t think I realized what an introvert I had become. I always knew I was quiet & preferred my own company to the company of others, but since I have been off as disabled it’s become very prominent.

  4. Well done! I’m wondering if I get a little badge when I hit 200 likes – because I feel it should be soon…. 😉

Glad to have found your blog! Looking forward to reading more.
