It’s time for Cee’s Share Your World Week 44.
What was your favorite subject in school?
All of them, I think, except gym. And penmanship, which I always failed. Good thing we didn’t worry about grade point averages in elementary school or I would have never made it into college. Or I would have been guaranteed a place in medical school. I’m not sure which.
If you could have a servant come to your house every day for two hours, what would you have them do?
Every day for two hours? That wouldn’t be a servant, but a god send. Clean (kitchen, floors and bathrooms). Cook. And I could use a good handy person to help me with some projects around the house and in the yard.
Where did you live when you were in the third grade of school? Is it the same place or town you live now?
I lived in a little place in northwestern Pennsylvania called St Marys. It was a Bavarian Catholic community of about 8,000 people when i was in third grade. I went to Queen of the World school. We lived there until my senior year of high school when we moved about half an hour away. Since then I’ve lived all over the US.
In your opinon, list some places that are great for shopping?
Cutsforths Thriftway market, a family-owned grocery store that has been serving our community for almost 100 years. Wonderful people!
And that’s about all the shopping I do.
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I’m grateful for having Cee in my life. I never mention it, but I should because she’s the best part of my life. I’m grateful for being able to work with all the beautiful people from The Dougy Center. They embody compassion.
I’m looking forward to a qigong day tomorrow and a fun week doing our photography classes and getting to know my new camera.
