Here’s another from my morning practice slide show. Today’s graphic reminds me to enjoy my mindfulness and meditation practice. If you want to start a meditation and mindfulness practice, I’d recommend using Headspace. It’s fun and gentle.
A couple of people have asked about the slideshow. I created a “feel good” slide show from graphics like this one. I include drawings and photographs that uplift me, remind me of fun times, or gently remind me of things that are important to me. I use it like some people would use a “treasure map” or “vision board”, except my collection isn’t goal oriented. It’s just there to remind me that life is supposed to be fun, and that sometimes I take myself too seriously.
In case you’re wondering, I created my slideshow using My Pics on my iPad. It’s easy to add, subtract or rearrange slides, and best of all, it’s free.
